| | Global rating : | | This onsen is not only great, but also not too far from Tokyo (at least in Japanese standards), making it one of the most visited konyoku (mixed bath) by foreigners. Three very large baths (200, 100 and 50 tatami) are located on both side of a river, in a very quiet area. However, because of its reputation - it is the biggest rotenburo in Japan - it can get pretty packed.
| Size : | | The biggest rotenburo in Japan. The three baths have sizes of respectively 200, 100 and 50 tatami. Even when a lot of people soak in them, it is very pleasant...
| View : | | Beautiful view on the river next to which the baths are located. Surrounded by trees, this place is really pleasant in autumn - when it can be quite crowded - and in the winter snow...
| Modesty : | | If you are shy to be naked, with just a towel around your hips for the men and around you body for women, I will advice you not to go there. Anyway, even with quite a lot of people there, you will never find someone lurking at you.
| Area : | | You will need a car to go there, and not a lot to do around, but really worth a trip for onsen lovers.
