| This hotel offers two baths for its guests and day-trip visitors: one is inside, and the other one is outside the hotel, opposite the entrance, and just next to a public bath. Although there is no indication in English, keep in mind that you will need to first go to the hotel and pay there before being able to use the rotenburo. | |

| There is almost no view from the facility... apart perhaps a little on the private house located next to the bath! This is a pity, but considering the location of the bath in the middle of this small village, it obviously was required to shelter the area as much as possible. On the other hand, you are very close to the sulfur field, and even is you can not see it... you will be able to smell it! | |

| With mountain walks in the summer, a famous area for koyo in the autumn and the nearby Mount Hunter ski field in winter, the area is attractive all year round. Especially in autumn, the access via Shiobara Onsen can be really difficult, as long lines of car try to reach the place at the same time. | |
