If you call the company organizing the boat tour, and book a spot, they will pick you up in the morning at your hotel/minshuku/camp(?). That might be a good option. As a matter of fact, you might even try to ask them if they pick up passengers from the first ferry in the morning to the 9:30 boat...

If not, you can them book for the next day, and reach the camping ground by yourself (walk, bus, taki) on the first day. That camping ground is 3 minutes by foot from the beach, so it is really a good location.
