Unfortunately, there are very few mixed onsen in the Kansai area...

I have visited one so far, and it is an onsen that is built each winter within a river, in the south of Nara-ken - pretty far from Osaka anyway...

If you check this web site, www.pre-proj.net/database/30n-oosaka.html you will see that options are very limited there.
