below is an example of an address i am supposed to key into jalan.net for booking of an accomodation in kusatsu

since i dont have a japan address, i am trying to key in below  hotel which i will be staying in.

and i tried below but kept having error. (now, there is a address checking system that will detect "fake" address..sigh..)

i think i have the postal code done correctly, just the format of chome and unit number and the last digit (not sure what is the last digit for though)

can anyone help pls?
