Very impressive post Olrik, I have tried them all and agree with every one of your comments bar G. Ramsay, the food was truly dreadfull despite my UK training, it was beyond acquired taste.

One more may deserve to be listed, the Westin in Ebisu, for the location accross from the Chateau, the service, the size of the rooms and the general convenience.
