hello, I'm doing some research in Japanese Food and I am looking for a chef to feature. I wonder if fellow members is able to point me to the right direction or provide any clues or anything that could help me in my search.

Here is my criteria
- English Speaking
- Michelin Starred
- Japanese Native
- Japanese Food except Sushi
- (Preferably) based in Tokyo

I've called almost all the restaurants but yielded unsatisfactory results :-(
