| I dont really understand what you are looking for, a appartment, hotel, ... Shimokitazawa would be extremely difficult to find a place to rent, many people (young, student) want to live over there. The best if you want to spend some time there is to live somewhere on the JR line deserving it (odakyu line from Shinjuku or another one, forgot name from shibuya) |

As I have no idea how much you are ready to pay, you can have first a look at this post hotel in tokyo, it is in french, by clicking to the proposed link, you will have mostly english or japanese website.
If you have problem with french, ask again.

jalan.net (Shimokitazawa area) has no hotel available immediately around the Shinokitazawa station...
However, on this google map of the area, you can find some hotels close to the station. BUT, if you search a little carefully, you will find that those are in fact love hotels, not really suitable for the 2-weeks stay.
Same result is obtained from this mapion map (with distances to the station): forget about the love hotels and the capsule one, and there are virtually no option at less than 2 km...
Your best option might be to find a hotel around that Shibuya area, rather than searching for an accommodation specifically around the Shimokitazawa station...
