Nice find!
This onsen belong to Hotel Suiyotei, located in Atami Izusan Onsen (Izu peninsula, on the shinkansen tracks).

I was just at the theater(Japanese) the other day and watched "Thermae Romae" a comedy/drama? about a guy in Rome who time travels through an onsen, ends up going back and forth. Pretty entertaining.
